TERMS AND CONDITION
All reservations are subject to guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be required at the time of placing the order.
Cancellation:
All airport trips or out of town pick up if changed or cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to pick up time will incur a 50% charge(plus greeting charges if applicable). If the reservation is changed after 24 hours then the full fare will be charged. All charter and specialty vehicles reservation require a 72 hour cancellation notice. Cancellation for buses and special vehicles require a minimum of 5 days advance notice prior to reservation date and time. The client will be billed as per order if the company is not notified in advance of cancellation as per our cancellation policy

Listed vehicles are based on one to three passengers for Sedans and four to seven passengers for our SUV’s with light luggage
Children:
Car seat for children can be provided upon request.
Group Transportation:
New York Black Limo has several vans and buses for large groups, special events and out of state trips.
Lost & Found:
New York Black Limo is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. However, all our efforts will be made to find the lost item in the vehicle.
Waiting time policy:
Waiting time is billed in 15 minutes increments for Sedans.30 minutes increments for SUV’S, Stretch limousines and Specialty Vehicles. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for all non-airport pick-ups after the time of the reservation. After 15 minutes waiting charges apply on hourly rates on a 15 minutes increment. All domestic flight arrivals are allowed a 30 minutes grace period after the flight arrival and 45 minutes grace period on all international flight arrivals after that waiting charges apply.
Premium Rates:
Between the hours of 11:45pm and 5:00am, a premium of $ 20 applies to the following
Holidays
(a)Memorial Day
(b)4th of July
(c)Labor Day
(d)Thanksgiving Day
(e)Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
(f)New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Additional charges apply to SUV’s, Stretch Limousines and special vehicles.
Cleaning:
The client is responsible for detailing & cleaning of the vehicle if any damage occurs to the car due to the sickness of the passenger. The client is responsible for any damage to the car which has occurred due to the negligence of the passenger.
Termination of Service:
New York Black Limo is not responsible for delays or the termination of service due to technical failure or unsafe road conditions. Thank you for choosing New York Black Limo.
